Short Bio
Geovanni Lima is a multidisciplinary artist and cultural articulator, interested in the relationships of the body as a political interface, especially black bodies, fat and LGBTI + and their relationships with memory and ancestry. He coordinates the Festival Lacração – Arte e Cultura LGBTI+ and the Performe-se – Festival de Performance. Graduated in visual arts from the Federal University of Espírito Santo and Masters in Visual arts at the University of Campinas, has been participating in meetings, festivals and residences in Brazil and the world. He was born in Belo Horizonte (MG), but lives and works in Vitória (ES) and Campinas (SP).
