Short Bio
Grasiele Sousa a.k.a. Cabelódroma, lives and works between Cachoeira/BA and SP, Brazil. She is a dancer and a performance artist. Her work is a research over feminists body issues, particularly concerning women's hair, housework practices and performance art archive what can be called as re-performance. Grasiele holds a Master degree on Psychology at Catholic University of São Paulo, focusing on Contemporary Subjectivity (2015). Her Undergraduate course was in Arts in São Paulo State University (2003). Another concerns are: Member of the Brazilian Performance Association BrP (2010-2016), assistant-curator at brazilian exhibition in RIAP 1998-2018 (Rencontre internationale d’art performance) in Quebec
